Abstract
Penilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek krusial dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan motivasi kerja. CV. Karunia Abadi masih mengandalkan proses penilaian manual yang memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan perhitungan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk mempermudah, mempercepat, dan meningkatkan akurasi penilaian kinerja karyawan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP Native dan Bootstrap, serta mengintegrasikan modul manajemen data (karyawan, jabatan, departemen, kriteria, periode), presensi, penilaian SAW, dan tampilan hasil perhitungan. Data presensi (hadir, izin, absen) dan kriteria kinerja (disiplin, kualitas, inisiatif, kerjasama, tanggung jawab) dinormalisasi dan dibobot sesuai kebutuhan. Pengujian fungsional menunjukkan seluruh fitur CRUD dan proses perhitungan berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, sedangkan perbandingan hasil perhitungan manual dan sistem memperlihatkan konsistensi skor dengan selisih yang sangat kecil. Pengujian non fungsional, termasuk load testing dan user acceptance test, membuktikan sistem stabil di bawah beban menengah dan mendapat skor kemudahan penggunaan rata rata 4,2/5. Dengan implementasi ini, CV. Karunia Abadi memperoleh alat penilaian kinerja yang efisien, akurat, dan mudah digunakan, serta mampu mengurangi beban administrasi dan meminimalkan kesalahan manusia.

Employee performance appraisal is a crucial aspect of human resource management to improve productivity and motivation. CV. Karunia Abadi still relies on a manual assessment process that is time consuming and prone to calculation errors. This research develops a web-based Decision Support System (SPK) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method to simplify, speed up, and improve the accuracy of employee performance appraisals. The system is built using PHP Native and Bootstrap, and integrates data management modules (employee, position, department, criteria, period), attendance, SAW assessment, and display of calculation results. Presence data (attendance, permission, absence) and performance criteria (discipline, quality, initiative, cooperation, responsibility) are normalized and weighted as needed. Functional testing shows that all CRUD features and calculation processes run according to specifications, while comparison of manual and system calculation results shows score consistency with very small differences. Non-functional testing, including load testing and user acceptance test, proved that the system was stable under medium load and received an average ease-of-use score of 4.2/5. With this implementation, CV. Karunia Abadi obtained an efficient, accurate, and easy-to-use performance appraisal tool, and was able to reduce administrative burden and minimize human error.
