RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PEMINJAMAN MODAL USAHA BERBASIS WEB DI DINAS KOPERASI DAN UKM MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (RAD)

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengembangkan sistem peminjaman modal usaha berbasis web di Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan koperasi dan UKM. Namun, pelaku usaha mikro sering menghadapi kendala dalam mengakses permodalan. Oleh karena itu, skripsi ini mengusulkan solusi berupa sistem peminjaman modal berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan akses permodalan bagi pelaku usaha mikro.
Pengembangan sistem ini melibatkan analisis sistem yang sedang berjalan, identifikasi masalah, dan perancangan sistem baru yang memanfaatkan teknologi komputer. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan dapat membantu mempercepat transaksi peminjaman dan pembayaran angsuran, serta mempermudah pembuatan laporan transaksi.
Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black box testing, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat terus dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang lebih komprehensif di masa depan.

This thesis aims to analyze and develop a web-based business loan system at the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Office in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Sidoarjo Regency has significant potential for the development of cooperatives and SMEs. However, micro-enterprise actors often face difficulties in accessing capital. Therefore, this thesis proposes a web-based loan system solution that is expected to facilitate capital access for micro-enterprise actors.
The development of this system involves analyzing the existing system, identifying problems, and designing a new system that utilizes computer technology. The results of this research show that the proposed system can help speed up loan transactions and installment payments, as well as simplify the creation of transaction reports.
The system testing was conducted using the Black box testingmethod, which demonstrated that the system functions as expected. It is hoped that this system can continue to be developed to meet more comprehensive needs in the future.
