Abstract
Pada masa ini teknologi pemrograman sistem berbasis web sangat bermanfaat sekali untuk membantu memanajemen data. Sistem berbasis web juga dapat diimplementasikan di berbagai bidang diantaranya ialah di dalam bidang akademik, organisasi, kepegawaian, hingga di bidang event. Sistem berbasis web diciptakan sebagai solusi akan masalah seperti pencegahan kehilangan data, transparansi data dan membantu pengelolaan data.
Saat ini kesenian hadrah banjari telah berkembang pesat di nusantara terutamanya di provinsi jawa timur. Banyak event perlombaan yang digelar di beberapa daerah setiap tahunnya. Namun dalam proses manajemennya serta penilaiannya, semua masih menggunakan metode konvensional dimana menggunakan kertas sebagai media pencatatannya. Setiap event perlombaan hal yang sangat di khawatirkan adalah masalah transparansi penjurian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dimana telah menghasilkan sistem penjurian berbasis web. Sistem tersebut dapat membantu penjurian secara realtime dan transparan. Selain itu, sistem ini terdapat juga fitur untuk berbagai proses manajemen event seperti pendaftaran peserta, pendaftaran penyelenggara event, penyebaran informasi event yang diselenggarakan penyelenggara sehingga dengan adanya sistem tersebut,
penyelenggara event dapat meyelenggarakan event serta mempublikasikannya dengan mudah, peserta juga dapat secara langsung mendaftar, hingga penjurian dapat dilakukan secara realtime dan hasil penjurian yang transparan.

At this time web-based system programming technology is very useful to help manage data. Web-based systems can also be implemented in various fields including in the academic, organizational, staffing, to event fields. The web-based
system was created as a solution to problems such as data loss prevention, data transparency and data management assistance.
Currently hadrah banjari art has grown rapidly in the archipelago, especially in the province of East Java. Many competitive events are held inseveral regions every year. However, in the process of management and assessment, all still use conventional methods which use paper as a recording medium. In every competition event, the thing that is really worried about is the problem of judging transparency.
In this study the authors used the waterfall as a system development method which resulted in a web-based judging system. The system can help judges in real time and transparently. In addition, this system also has features for various eventmanagement processes such as participant registration, event organizer registration, dissemination of event information organized by the organizer so that with this system, event organizers can easily organize events and publish them, participants can also register directly, so that the judging can be done in real time and the judging results are transparent.
