Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality (AR) terhadap kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik kelas IV SDN Pucang 4 Sidoarjo pada mata pelajaran IPAS materi fotosintesis. Penelitian menggunakan metode pre-experimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Instrumen penelitian, termasuk modul ajar, LKPD, bahan ajar, media augmented reality, dan soal tes, divalidasi oleh ahli dengan skor kelayakan berkriteria sangat tinggi. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas IV-B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest, pemberian treatment menggunakan media AR, dan posttest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 46,16 meningkat menjadi 83,79 pada posttest dengan selisih 37,63 poin. Uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal, sedangkan uji t-test menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Dengan demikian, penerapan media augmented reality efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains.

This study aims to determine the effect of using augmented reality (AR)-based learning media on the scientific literacy skills of fourth-grade students of SDN Pucang 4 Sidoarjo in the science subject of photosynthesis. The study used a pre
experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research instruments, including teaching modules, student worksheets, teaching materials, augmented reality media, and test questions, were validated by experts with a very high criterion feasibility score. The research subjects were class IV-B as the experimental class. Data were collected through pretests, treatment using AR media, and posttests. The analysis results showed an average pretest score of 46.16 increased to 83.79 in the posttest with a difference of 37.63 points. The normality test showed that the data were normally distributed, while the t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Thus, the application of augmented reality
media is effective in improving scientific literacy skills.
