Abstract

Peran warga sekolah mulai dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa serta didukung oleh orang tua dalam pencegahan dan penanganan kasus Bullying untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang positif dan suportif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pencegahan Bullying di SDN Sukorejo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini membahas dua (2) indikator pencegahan Bullying di SDN Sukorejo yakni wawancara terhadap guru dan siswa. Dari 2 indikator yang telah diteliti, wawancara dengan guru yang sudah terlaksana secara maksimal, meliputi (1) kebijakan sekolah terkait aturan dan sanksi terhadap tindakan Bullying , (2) peran guru dalam mendeteksi Bullying , (3) peran teman sebaya dalam mencegah Bullying , (4) kolaborasi orang tua dan guru terkait pencegahan Bullying . Orang tua, guru dan siswa saling bekerja sama dengan baik sehingga mampu untuk mencegah kasus Bullying . Salah satu cara yang diterapkan di SDN Sukorejo yaitu dengan membentuk Tim Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan (TPPK).

The role of the school community, including the principal, teachers, and students, along with support from parents, in preventing and handling Bullying cases contributes to creating a positive and supportive school environment. This study aims to implement Bullying prevention at Sukorejo Elementary School. This is a qualitative study using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. This study examines two indicators of Bullying prevention at Sukorejo Elementary School: interviews with teachers and students. Of the two indicators studied, interviews with teachers have been implemented optimally, covering (1) school policies regarding rules and sanctions for Bullying , (2) the role of teachers in detecting Bullying , (3) the role of peers in preventing Bullying , and (4) collaboration between parents and teachers regarding Bullying prevention. Parents, teachers, and students work together effectively to prevent Bullying . One method implemented at Sukorejo Elementary School is the formation of a Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK).
