Abstract
Pembentukan karakter anak sejak usia dini, yang berdampak pada kesiapan belajar, kesehatan, dan pembiasaan hidup teratur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi aktif antara guru dan orang tua melalui komunikasi intensif, kesepakatan pola asuh, dan pemberian motivasi secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak dalam bangun pagi. Faktor pendukung meliputi komitmen bersama, rutinitas yang terstruktur, serta pendekatan yang sesuai dengan karakter anak. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi antara lain perbedaan pola pengasuhan di rumah, kurangnya waktu orang tua, dan kebiasaan anak yang belum terbentuk. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya program sinergi yang berkelanjutan antara lembaga pendidikan dan keluarga untuk membentuk kebiasaan positif sejak dini.

This study aims to examine the synergy between teachers and parents in fostering early morning wake-up discipline among young children at RA Nurul Muawanah, Bulak District, Surabaya City. Morning discipline is a crucial aspect of character development in early childhood, influencing learning readiness, health, and the formation of structured daily habits. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that active collaboration between teachers and parents—through consistent communication, aligned parenting strategies, and motivational reinforcement—significantly improves children’s discipline in waking up early. Supporting factors include shared commitment, structured routines, and approaches tailored to each child’s personality. Challenges encountered involve differences in parenting styles at home, limited parental time, and undeveloped habits in children. The study recommends the implementation of sustained synergy programs between educational institutions and families to cultivate positive habits froman early age.
