Abstract
Keberhasilan belajar anak di sekolah ditentukan oleh guru. Guru yang mampu memberikan motivasi belajar kepada anak dengan baik, maka anak akan memiliki semangat belajar yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam motivasi belajar anak usia dini di KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari Wonocolo Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskripsi kualitatif lapangan. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan tiga metode teknik yaitu, Teknik obeservasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik purposive sampling dimana subjek yang didapat peneliti adalah guru, anak-anak. Objek yang diteliti mengenai peran guru dalam motivasi belajar pada anak usia dini di KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari - Wonocolo - Surabaya. Adapun analisis datanya menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru memiliki dampak signifikan dalam motivasi belajar anak usia dini. Guru di KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari - Wonocolo - Surabaya menerapkan pendekatan Montessori, yang melibatkan pembelajaran berbasis kegiatan dan pengembangan kemandirian anak. Adapun model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari - Wonocolo - Surabaya juga sangat bervariasi dan inovatif dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Model yang digunakan yakni: 1) model Whole Brain Learning yang terdiri dari teknik Seruan Sapa Guru (Teman, Ustadzah), teknik Gerakan Simbolik Bermakna, dan Teknik Mengajar Antaranak, 2) Penguatan Verbal melalui Pujian; 3) Pemberian Hadiah (rewards) dan Hukuman (punishment). Dari sinilah, peran guru di KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari Wonocolo Surabaya dalam motivasi belajar anak usia dini sangat penting. Guru tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan akademik, tetapi juga membantu anakanak mengembangkan minat, semangat, dan kemandirian dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan Montessori dan perhatian yang diberikan oleh guru, anak-anak menjadi lebih aktif, bersemangat, dan antusias dalam belajar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran guru yang berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, pembimbing, dan model perilaku dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung motivasi belajar anak usia dini Di KB - RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari - Wonocolo - Surabaya.

The success of children's learning at school is determined by the teacher. Teachers who are able to motivate children to learn well, then children will have a high enthusiasm for learning. This study aims to analyze the teacher's role in learning motivation of early childhood at KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari – Wonocolo - Surabaya. This type of research uses a qualitative description of the field. In collecting data, researchers used three technical methods, namely observation techniques, interview techniques,and documentation techniques. Purposive sampling technique where the subjects obtained by researchers are school principals, teachers, children. The object studied is the teacher's role in learning motivation in early childhood at KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari – Wonocolo – Surabaya. The data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and draws conclusions. The results of the study show that the teacher's role has a significant impact on early childhood learning motivation. Teachers at KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari –Wonocolo – Surabaya apply the Montessori approach, which involves activitybased learning and developing children's independence. The learning model applied at KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari – Wonocolo – Surabaya is also very varied and innovative in an effort to increase student learning motivation. The models used are: 1) the Whole Brain Learning model which consists of the Teacher Greeting technique (Teman Bunda), the Meaningful Symbolic Movement technique, and the InterChild Teaching technique, 2) Verbal Strengthening through Praise; 3) Rewards and Punishment. From here, the role of the teacher at KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari – Wonocolo – Surabaya in early childhood learning motivation is very important. Teachers not only provide academic knowledge, but also help children develop interest, passion and independence in the learning process. With the Montessori approach and the attention given by the teacher, children become more active, passionate and enthusiastic in learning. The implication of this research is the importance of the teacher's role as a facilitator, motivator, mentor, and model of behavior in creating a learning environment that supports early childhood learning motivation KB – RA Nur Insani Jemurwonosari – Wonocolo - Surabaya
