Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung peran subjective occupational success sebagai pemediasi pada efkasi diri terhadap remunerasi di Pt Young Tree Industries / Stella Indonesia.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dengan mngguankan aplikasi pengolah angka SmartPLS 4.0 untuk mengukur hasil dari efikasi diri sebagai variabel independent, remunerasi sebagai variabel dependen dan subjective occupational success sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mengguankan analisis deskriptif dengan jumlah 38 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap jumlah populasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap remunerasi melalui subjective occupational success di PT Young Tree Industries berpengaruh secara signifikan.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of the role of subjective occupational success as a mediator on self-efficacy on remuneration at Pt Young Tree Industries / Stella Indonesia.
This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach using the SmartPLS 4.0 number processing application to measure the results of self-efficacy as the independent variable, remuneration as the dependent variable and subjective occupational success as the intervening variable. This study used descriptive analysis with a total of 38 respondents with a purposive sampling technique for the total population.
The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a significant effect on remuneration through subjective occupational success at PT Young Tree Industries.
