Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi ice breaking dalam mengembangkan 6 aspek perkembangan anak pada siswa kelas 5 MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon, bentuk ice breaking yang digunakan guru dalam mengembangkan 6 aspek perkembangan anak, juga kendala dan solusi dalam penerapan ice breaking di kelas 5 MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Impelementasi ice breaking dalam mengembangkan 6 aspek perkembangan anak pada siswa kelas 5 MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon dalam kegiatan pembelajaran guru sudah mampu mengimplementasikan ice breaking dengan tepat baik secara spontan maupun terencana. Bentuk ice breaking yang digunakan guru dalam mengembangkan 6 aspek perkembangan anak di kelas 5 MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon adalah jenis ice breaking tepuk. Adapun jenis-jenis tepuknya yakni: “Tepuk Semangat”, “Tepuk Variasi”, dan “Tepuk Cerita”. Dalam penerapan ice breaking di kelas 5 MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon, terdapat beberapa kendala dan solusi. Adapun kendala yang dialami yaitu keterbatasan waktu, variasi aktivitas yang terbatas, dan perbedaan karakteristik siswa. Namun dibalik kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru ada solusi yang telah diusulkan seperti menyesuaikan model ice breaking dengan durasi waktu yang tersedia, mengadakan workshop antar guru untuk berbagi ide, dan pendekatan diferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar.

This research aims to determine the implementation of ice breaking in developing 6 aspects of child development in 5th grade students of MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon, the forms of ice breaking used by teachers in developing these 6 aspects, as well as the challenges and solutions in applying ice breaking in the 5th grade of MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of ice breaking in developing 6 aspects of child development in 5th grade students of MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon has been effectively carried out by teachers, both spontaneously and in a planned manner. The form of ice breaking used by teachers in developing the 6 aspects of child development in the 5th grade of MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon is the clapping type of ice breaking. The types of clapping include: "Spirit Clap," "Variation Clap," and "Story Clap." In the application of ice breaking in the 5th grade of MI Darussalam Keboguyang Jabon, there are several challenges and solutions. The challenges faced include time constraints, limited activity variations, and differences in student characteristics. However, behind the obstacles faced by teachers, there are solutions that have been proposed, such as adjusting the ice breaking model to the available time duration, holding workshops among teachers to share ideas, and employing differentiation approaches based on learning styles.
