Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Mengetahui pengaruh Service quality terhadap Keputusan pembelian, 2. Mengetahui pengaruh Cafe atmosphere terhadap Keputusan pembelian, 3. Mengetahui pengaruh Service quality dan Cafe atmosphere terhadap Keputusan pembelian.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis yaitu SPSS untuk mengukur hasil dari Service quality sebagai variabel independen, Cafe atmosphere sebagai variabel independen dan Keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 181 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan Service quality terhadap Keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh signifikan Cafe atmosphere terhadap Keputusan pembelian, dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Keputusan pembelian.

This study aims to 1. Determine the effect of Service quality on Purchasing decisions, 2. Determine the effect of Cafe atmosphere on Purchasing decisions, 3. Determine the effect of Service quality and Cafe atmosphere on Purchasing
decisions.
The research method used is a quantitative method using an analysis tool, namely SPSS to measure the results of Service quality as an independent variable, Cafe atmosphere as an independent variable and Purchasing decisions as a dependent variable. This study involved 181 respondents with a sampling technique.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of Service quality on Purchasing decisions, there is a significant effect of Cafe atmosphere on Purchasing decisions, and there is a significant simultaneous effect on Purchasing decisions.
