PENGARUH NET PROFIT MARGIN (NPM), DAN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE PADA INDEKS LQ45 YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE TAHUN 2023-2024

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (X1), Intellectual Capital (X2) terhadap Financial Performance (Y) pada Indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2023-2024. Dengan total sampel 40 perusahaan dan 80 data laporan keuangan yang terindeks LQ45 secara berturutturut pada periode tahun 2023–2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode teknik cluster sampling. Sumber data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Net Profit Margin, dan Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Financial Performance yang diukur menggunakan Return On Equity. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji
hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SPSS 26.0.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (X1) and Intellectual Capital (X2) on Financial Performance (Y) of companies listed in the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the periode 2023-2024. With a total sample of 40 companies and 80 financial report data indexed in LQ45 consecutively during the period of 2023-2024. The type of research used is
quantitative research with cluster sampling technique. The data source used in this study is secondary data. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the variables
of Net Profit Margin and Intellectual Capital have a significant positive effect on Financial Performance measured using Return On Equity. The data analysis
techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26.0 software.
