Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh Entrepreneurial Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 2) pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 3) Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Leadership dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour & Travel.
Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 24 untuk mengukur hasil dari Entrepreneurial Leadership dan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel independent dan Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan 59 responden. Teknik sampling non probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh. Teknik instrument pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, Wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Entrepreneurial
Leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour & Travel. Hasil penelitian variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour & Travel. Hasil penelitian Entrepreneurial Leadership dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour & Travel.

Employee Performance at PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour & Travel
The method in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods using the SPSS 24 tool to measure the results of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Work Motivation as independent variables and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. This study used descriptive analysis with 59 respondents. The sampling technique is non - probability sampling with saturated sample types. Data collection instrument techniques using observation, unstructured interviews, and questionnaires.
The results showed that the Entrepreneurial Leadership variable had no effect on Employee Performance at PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour & Travel. The results of the study of the variable Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour & Travel. The results of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Work Motivation research have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour & Travel.
