Abstract
This study adds to our understanding of whether dining experience attributes, through customer happiness, influence the propensity to return. The data for this inquiry was collected using a questionnaire that a total of one hundred participants filled out. According to the research, there are a few factors that have a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Firstly, food and service quality were found to have a significant influence on intention to revisit. Secondly, consumer satisfaction mediated the influence of the physical environment, which had no significant effect on intention to return. Lastly, consumer satisfaction was found to have a mediating role in the relationship between intention to return and physical environment.
