Abstract
Perkembangan zaman sudah menjadi hal yang tidak bisa kita lewatkan. Kita harus bisa menghadapi perkembangan zaman dengan berbagai hal sama halnya dengann organisasi, organisasi perlu melakukan berbagai kebaruan untuk terus menyeimbangkan perkembangan yang ada. Menerapkan jenis penelitian kuantitatif berdasarkan populasi sebanyak 110 karyawan pada PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampelnya yaitu 70 karyawan staff produksi yang nantinya dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 dengan model outer dan inner model. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat ditemukan bahwa Knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo, Learning organization berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo, Learning organization tidak berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing pada PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo, Self ef icacy berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo, Self ef icacy berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing pada PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo.

The development of the times has become something that we cannot miss. We must be able to face the times with various things as well as organizations, organizations need to do various novelties to continue to balance existing developments. Applying the type of quantitative research based on a population of 110 employees at PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food using purposive sampling method. The sample was 70 production staf employees who later collected data through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 with outer and inner models. The results of the research that has been done can be found that Knowledge sharing has no ef ect on employee performance at PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo, Learning organization af ects employee performance at PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo, Learning organization has no ef ect on knowledge sharing at PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo, Self ef icacy af ects employee performance at PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo, Self ef icacy af ects knowledge sharing at PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food Sidoarjo.
