Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan turnover terhadap kinerja individu karyawan dengan General Anxiety Disorder sebagai variabel moderasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria bekerja di Lazada Express di bagian packing. Data diperoleh dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui bantuan Google form yang kemudian disebarkan secara online melalui media Whatsapp. Hasil pemerolehan data diolah menggunakan SEM PLS (partial least square) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) work environment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individual performance, (2) turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individual performance, (3) general anxiety disorder berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individual performance, (4) general anxiety disorder dapat memoderasi pengaruh work environment terhadap individual performance, serta (5) general anxiety disorder dapat memoderasi pengaruh turnover terhadap individual performance. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sekaligus menghindari turunnya kinerja karyawan.

This research aims to identify the influence of the work environment and turnover on the performance of individual employees with General Anxiety Disorder as a moderating variable. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with the criteria of working at Lazada Express in the packing department. Data was obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The questionnaire was distributed using a Google form which was then distributed online via WhatsApp media. The results of the data obtained were processed using SEM PLS (partial least square) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study found that (1) work environment has a positive and significant ef ect on individual performance, (2) turnover has a negative and significant ef ect on individual performance, (3) general anxiety disorder has a negative and significant ef ect on individual performance, (4) general anxiety disorder can moderate the influence of the work environment on individual performance, and (5) general anxiety disorder can moderate the influence of turnover on individual performance. This research can be used as a consideration in improving individual performance while avoiding a decline in individual performance.
