Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh innovation capability dan dynamic marketing capability terhadap kinerja organisasi UKM di Kecamatan Tanggulangin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitaf dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Data di analisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu secara accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 63 responden yang telah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Untuk memastikan data tidak akan dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Innovation capability berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, innovation capability berpengaruh positif terhadap terdapat dynamic marketing capability, dynamic marketing capability berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan dynamic marketing capability berpengaruh negatif dalam memediasi innovation capability terhadap kinerja organisasi pada UKM Kecamatan Tanggulangin.

This type of research is quantitative with an Diterima: explanatory research approach. Innovation capability has a positive ef ect on organizational performance, innovation capability has a positive ef ect on dynamic *Correspondence marketing capability, dynamic marketing capability has a negative Author ef ect on organizational performance, and dynamic marketing capability has a negative ef ect in mediating innovation capability on Nama: organizational performance in SMEs in Tanggulangin District.
