Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lingkungan kerja toxic, kelelahan emosional, dan kinerja individu pada karyawan perempuan gen Z. Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji apakah spiritualitas di tempat kerja dapat memoderasi hubungan ini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan 60 karyawan perempuan gen Z. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja toxic tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, dan kelelahan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Spiritualitas ditempat kerja tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Sedangkan sebagai variabel moderasi, sprituallitas ditempat kerja memperlemah hubungan antara lingkungan kerja toxic dan kelelahan emosional kerja terhadap kinerja individu.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between a toxic work environment, Emotional exhaustion, and Individual Performance in female employees of Gen Z. In addition, this research was conducted to test whether Workplace Spirituality can moderate this relationship. The method used is a quantitative method, using a purposive sampling technique based on 60 female Gen Z employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via the WhatsApp application. The results of this study indicate that a toxic work environment has no significant ef ect on Individual Performance, and Emotional exhaustion has a significant ef ect on Individual Performance. Spirituality in the workplace does not have a significant impact on Individual Performance. Meanwhile, as a moderating variable, Workplace Spirituality weakens the relationship between a toxic work environment and emotional work exhaustion on Individual Performance.
