Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh soft skill dan hard skill terhadap kemampuan inovatif dosen Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo yang dimediasi oleh budaya organisasi. Menerapkan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuisioner terhadap dosen PGSD di Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa soft skill berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi. Hard skill berpengaruh terhadap budaya
organisasi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kapabilitas inovasi dosen. Fenomena dalam penelitian
ini yaitu bagaimana dosen dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan menciptakan ide-ide pembelajaran baru yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar mahasiswa.

This research aims to measure the influence of soft skills and hard skills on the innovative abilities of lecturers at Nahdlatul Ulama University Sidoarjo which is mediated by organizational culture. Implementing a type of quantitative research using purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to PGSD lecturers at Nahdlatul Ulama University, Sidoarjo, which are then processed using SmartPLS. From the research results, it is known that soft skills influence organizational culture. Hard skills influence organizational culture. Organizational culture influences lecturers' innovation capabilities. The phenomenon in this research is how lecturers increase
ideas that can enrich students' learning experiences.
