Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Time Managementdan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Kerja pada Bagian Operator Produksi Assembling di CV. Kreasi Mitra Jaya Tanggulangin. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 responden karyawan operator produksi assembling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis
jalur dengan menggunakan program Smart PLS versi 4.
Hasil pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Time Management
berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Time Management berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Time Management berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aims to analyze the Influence Time Management and
Communication on Employee Performance Through Work Motivation in the Production Operator Section Assembling at CV. Mitra Jaya Tanggulangin creations. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Sampling in
this study was carried out using saturated sampling method, with a total of 50 respondents as production operator employees assembling. The data analysis technique used in this study uses path analysis using the Smart PLS version 4
program.
The results in this study prove that Time Management effect on work motivation, communication effect on work motivation, Time Management effect on Employee Performance, Communication affects Employee Performance, Time Management influence on Employee Performance Through Work Motivation,
Communication affect Employee Performance through Work Motivation and Work Motivation affect Employee Performance.
