Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan guna mengkaji bagaimana perceived organizaonal support (POS) memengaruhi kinerja individu
yang ditengahi oleh organizaonal cizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap pekerja di CV Geprek Jon X Papa Risol. Studi berikut berupa studi kuan ta f yang menggunakan metode staska inferensial. Responden sebanyak 80 orang diambil secara simple random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 155 karyawan. Variabel diukur dengan skala likert dengan rentang bobot 1 hingga 5. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan Par al Least Square (PLS). Temuan studi mengindikasikan bahwasanya: (1) POS berdampak nega f yang signifikan bagi individual performance, (3) POS memiliki dampak posi f tetapi dak signifikan bagi OCB, (4) well being berdampak posif namun dak signifikan terhadap OCB, serta (5) OCB berdampak posi f tetapi dak signifikan bagi individual performance.

This study aims to examine how perceived organizaonal support (POS) affects individual performance mediated by organiza onal ci zenship behavior (OCB) of workers at CV Geprek Jon X Papa Risol. The following study is a quantave study using inferen alsta s cal methods. Respondents as many as 80 people were taken by simple random sampling from a populaon of 155 employees. Variables were measured with a Likert scale with a weight range of 1 to 5. Data analysis was carried out by applying Par al Least Square (PLS). The study findings indicated that: (1) POS has a significant nega veimpact on individual performance, (3) POS has a posive but insignificant impacton OCB, (4) well being has a posive but insignificant impacton OCB, and (5) OCB has a posive but insignificant impacton individual performance.
