Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari uji pengaruh Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, dan Leadership Integratif terhadap Employee Performance di PT Tiga Permata Ekspres
Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan alat analisis Statiscial Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25 untuk mengukur hasil dari Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, dan Leadership Integratif sebagai variabel independen, Employee Performance sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini yaitu purposive sampling dengan 46
responden yaitu karyawan dari PT Tiga Permata Ekspres.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, dan Leadership Integratif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine the test results of the influence of Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Integratif on Employee Performance di PT Tiga Permata Ekspres.
The research method used is the associative method with a quantitative approach using the Statiscial Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25 analysis tool to measure the results of Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Integratif as the independent variable, Employee Performance as the dependent variable. This study uses the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling with 46 respondents staff PT Tiga Permata Ekspres
The results of this study indicate that the influence of Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Performance. and Leadership Integratif has a significant effect on Employee Performance. JobSatisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Integratif on Employee Performance has a significant effect on purchasing decisions has a significant effect on Employee Performance.
