ANALISIS AUDIT OPERASIONAL TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PASIEN UMUM PADA RUMAH SAKIT SITI HAJAR SIDOARJO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Audit Operasional terhadap efektivitas pada pelayanan kesehatan pasien umum di rumah sakit Siti hajar Sidoarjo Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, Subjek pada penelitian ini
adalah Kepala Spi bidang umum dan Kepala spi bidang medik Objek yang diteliti mengenai Standar waktu, pekerjaan yang dihasilkan, biaya pengeluaran dilakukan wawancara terhadap subjek penelitian. dengan hasil wawancara sehingga didapat
hasil penelitian implementasi Audit Operasional terhadap pelayanan pasien umum cukup Efektif mengaudit setiap jadwal yang sudah di tetapkan.
