Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh Knowledge Donating Terhadap Kinerja 2) Pengaruh Knowledge Collecting terhadap Kinerja 3) Pengaruh Knowledge Donating Terhadap Individual Innovation Capability 4) Pengaruh Knowledge Collecting Terhadap Individual Innovation Capability 5) Pengaruh Individual Innovation Capability Terhadap Kinerja 6) Pengaruh Knowledge Donating Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Individual Innovation Capability 7) Pengaruh Knowledge Collecting Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Individual Innovation Capability. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS 4.0 untuk mengukur hasil dari Knowledge Donating dan Knowledge Collecting sebagai variabel independent dan Kinerja sebagai variabel dependen Serta Individual Innovation Capability sebagai variabel intervening Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan 38 responden. Teknik instrument pengambilan
data menggunakan observasi, Wawancara tidak terstruktur, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengetahui 1) Knowledge Donating tidak berpengaruh sginifikan Terhadap Kinerja 2) Knowledge Collecting tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja 3) Knowledge Donating berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Individual Innovation Capability 4)Knowledge Collecting berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Individual Innovation Capability 5) Individual Innovation Capability berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kinerja 6) Individual Innovation Capability mampu memediasi Knowledge Donating Terhadap Kinerja 7) Individual Innovation Capability mampu memediasi Knowledge Collecting Terhadap Kinerja

This study aims to determine 1) The Effect of Knowledge Donating on Performance 2) The Effect of Knowledge Collecting on Performance 3) The Effect of Knowledge Donating on Individual Innovation Capability 4) The Effect of Knowledge Collecting on Individual Innovation Capability 5) The Effect of Individual Innovation Capability on Performance 6) The Effect of Knowledge Donating On Performance Through Individual Innovation Capability 7) The Effect of Knowledge Collecting on Performance Through Individual Innovation Capability. The method in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods using the SmartPLS 4.0 tool to measure the results of Knowledge Donating and Knowledge Collecting as independent variables and Performance as the dependent variable as well as Individual Innovation Capability as intervening variables. This research uses non-probability sampling with 38 respondents. Data collection instrument techniques using observation, unstructured interviews, documentation, and questionnaires.
The results showed that knowing 1) Knowledge Donating has no significant effect on Performance 2) Knowledge Collecting has no significant effect on Performance 3) Knowledge Donating has a significant effect on Individual Innovation Capability 4) Knowledge Collecting has a significant effect on Individual Innovation Capability 5) Individual Innovation Capability has a significant effect On Performance 6) Individual Innovation Capability is able to mediate Knowledge Donating on Performance 7) Individual Innovation Capability is able to mediate Knowledge Collecting on Performance.
