Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh Explicit Knowledge terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) pengaruh Skill terhadap kinerja pegawai 3) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai 4) pengaruh Explicit Knowledge terhadap budaya organisasi 5) pengaruh Skill terhadap budaya organisasi 6) secara penuh budaya organisasi memediasi explicit knowledge dan skill untuk meningkatkan kinerja pada PT Tirta Agung Plastik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat analisis PLS 4 untuk mengukur hasil dari budaya organisasi sebagai mediasi; explicit knowledge dan skill terhadap kinerja pegawai. penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan 50 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh.
Hasil pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Explicit Knowledge berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, Skill berpengaruh negatif tetapi signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Explicit Knowledge berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi, Skill berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan budaya organisasi dapat memediasi Explicit Knowledge dan Skill terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to 1) determine the effect of Explicit Knowledge on employee performance, 2) the effect of Skill on employee performance 3) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance 4) the effect of Explicit Knowledge on organizational culture 5) the effect of Skill on organizational culture 6) fully organizational culture mediating explicit knowledge and skills to improve performance at PT Tirta Agung Plastik. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using the PLS 4 analysis tool to measure the results of organizational culture as mediation; explicit knowledge and skills on employee performance. This study used descriptive analysis with 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique.
The results of this study prove that Explicit Knowledge has an effect on employee performance, Skill has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, Explicit Knowledge has an effect on organizational culture, Skill has an effect on organizational culture, organizational culture has an effect on employee performance, and organizational culture can mediate Explicit Knowledge and Skill on employee performance.
