Abstract
Banyaknya peserta didik yang kesulitan dalam memahami materi pendidikan pancasila khususnya pada implementasi nilai kejujuran, kedisiplinan dan rasa tanggung jawab. Pengunaan model pembelajaran konvensional membuat peserta didik jenuh dan sulit menerima materi yang diajarkan guru, terdapat 8 dari 20 peserta didik yang belum mencapai nilai KKM atau sebanyak 35% belum tuntas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila di SD Plus Cahaya Budaya Sidoarjo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Desain yang digunakan Pre Exprimental Design berupa One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Plus Cahaya Budaya Sidoarjo dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik kelas V yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik. Uji analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian diantaranya uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji paired sampel t-test, dan uji N-gain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji paired sampel t-test pengaruh model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila di SD Plus Cahaya Budaya Sidoarjo diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-Tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila di SD Plus Cahaya Budaya Sidoarjo.

Many students have difficulty understanding Pancasila education material, especially in implementing the values of honesty, discipline, and responsibility. The use of conventional learning models makes students bored and find it difficult to accept the material taught by the teacher, 8 out of 20 students have not yet reached the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), or 35% have not yet completed it. Cahaya Budaya Sidoarjo obtained a Sig. value (2-Tailed) less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model on the learning outcomes of Pancasila subjects at SD Plus Cahaya Budaya Sidoarjo.
