PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK KELAS III SD NEGERI BLURU KIDUL 2 SIDOARJO

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang belum bisa memecahkan masalah secara mandiri. Lembaga pendidikan dituntut untuk mengembangkan kompetensi 4C dengan kompetensi yang paling
utama adalah keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas III SDN Bluru Kidul 2 Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pre-experimental design berbentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes yang berupa pemberian soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dalam model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas III SDN Bluru Kidul 2 Sidoarjo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai t hitung -10.517 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Hal tersebut didukung dengan nilai rata-rata posttest lebih besar dibandingkan pretest yaitu 73,19 > 52,15. Selain itu,
penelitian ini memiliki nilai validitas > 0,388 dan uji reliabilitas sebesar 0,809. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas III SDN Bluru Kidul 2 Sidoarjo.

The data collection technique in this study uses a test in the form of giving questions. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence in
the problem-based learning model on the critical thinking skills of grade III students of SDN Bluru Kidul 2 Sidoarjo. This is evidenced by the result of a t-value of -10,517 with a significance of 0.000. This is supported by the average score of the posttest which is greater than the pretest, which is 73.19 > 52.15. In addition, this study has a validity value of > 0.388 and a reliability test of 0.809. This shows that the problem-based learning model has an effect on the critical thinking skills of grade III students of SDN Bluru Kidul 2 Sidoarjo.
