Abstract

Peran guru dalam pencegahan dan penanganan kasus bullying dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman dan aman dibutuhkan kerja sama yang baik antara guru, peserta didik dan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pencegahan bullying di SDN Jimbaran Wetan dalam peran guru membentuk lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini membahas tujuh (7) indikator pencegahan bullying di SDN Jimbaran Wetan. Dari 7 indikator yang telah diteliti, terdapat 4 indikator terlaksana dengan baik dan 3 indikator yang belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Pada indikator peran guru yang terlaksana dengan baik memiliki 4 aspek yang meliputi (1) menciptakan budaya sekolah belajar dengan baik, (2) Penataan lingkungan sekolah dengan baik, asri dan hijau, (3) Sekolah mendukung kegiatan positif peserta didik, dan (4) Pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan memberi contoh keteladanan. Pada indikator ini guru tidak terkecuali peserta didik, bekerja sama dengan baik sehingga mampu untuk mencegah kasus bullying. Jadi, dapat diartikan peran guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman salah satunya dengan melakukan pencegahan bullying. Indikator kedua yaitu peran guru kurang terlaksana, meliputi 3 aspek yaitu (1) Mengadakan layanan pengaduan kekerasan, (2) Kebijakan anti
bullying dibuat bersama dengan peserta didik, (3) Memberikan bantuan kepada korban bullying. Indikator ini belum mampu terlaksana dengan baik, karena belum ada kebijakan dan aturan tertulis untuk pelaksanaan secara terprogram.

The role of teachers in preventing and handling bullying cases in creating a comfortable and safe school environment requires good cooperation between teachers, students and parents. This research aims to describe the prevention of
bullying at SDN Jimbaran Wetan in the role of teachers in creating a comfortable school environment. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. This research discusses seven (7) indicators of bullying prevention at Jimbaran Wetan Elementary School. Of the 7 indicators that have been studied, there are 4 indicators that have been implemented well and 3 indicators that have not been implemented optimally. Indicators of a teacher's role being carried out well have 4 aspects which include (1) creating a school culture of good learning, (2) structuring the school environment well, beautiful and green, (3) the school supporting positive activities of students, and (4) Educators and educational staff set exemplary examples. In this indicator, teachers, including students, work together well so they are able to prevent cases of bullying. So, it can be interpreted as the teacher's role in creating a
comfortable school environment, one of which is by preventing bullying. The second indicator is that the role of teachers is not being implemented, covering 3 aspects, namely (1) Providing violence complaint services, (2) Anti-bullying policies are created together with students, (3) Providing assistance to victims of bullying. This indicator has not been able to be implemented properly, because
there are no written policies and rules for programmatic implementation..
