Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan harapan dapat memperbaiki pemecahan masalah matematis, sehingga diperlukan model pembelajaran inovatif berupa model pembelajaran project based learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan
pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis pada materi bangun ruang peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri Balonggabus. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis
penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kelas VI-A SD Negeri Balonggabus sejumlah 27 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji hipotesisi (paired sample t-test). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dari pengujian hipotesisi (paired sample ttest) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis pada materi bangun ruang peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri balonggabus. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai pada uji paired sample t-test yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis pada materi bangun ruang peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri Balonggabus.

This research was conducted with the hope of improving mathematical problem solving, so an innovative learning model is needed in the form of a project based learning model. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of project based learning model on mathematical problem solving ability in the material of building space of 6th grade students of SD Negeri Balonggabus. This research includes quantitative research with this type of research is experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design. The sample used in this study was class VI-A SD
Negeri Balonggabus with a total of 27 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and tests. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, normality test and hypothesis test (paired sample t-test). The results of this study state that from hypothesis testing (paired sample t-test) there is an effect of the project based learning model on mathematical problem solving skills in the material of building space for grade VI students of SD Negri Balonggabus. This is evidenced by the value in the paired sample t-test which shows that the Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the project based learning model on the ability to solve mathematical problems in the material of building space for grade VI students of Balonggabus State Elementary School.
