Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh perceived usefulness dan ease of use terhadap minat dalam menggunakan menggunakan Go-Pay. Konsep perceived usefulness mengacu pada sejauh mana pengguna percaya bahwa penggunaan Go-Pay akan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam bertransaksi, sedangkan konsep ease of use berkaitan dengan seberapa mudah
pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Go-Pay.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei online dengan populasi masyarakat di Kota Sidoarjo yang memiliki dan pernah menggunakan Go-Pay. Teknik pengambilan sampel
menggunakan simple random sampling, dengan total sampel 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda menggunakan alat uji SPSS 24.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan Go-Pay. Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan Go-Pay. Serta perceived usefulness dan ease of use secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan simultan terhadap minat menggunakan Go-Pay. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin pengguna merasakan manfaat dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan
GoPay, semakin tinggi minat mereka untuk terus menggunakan layanan tersebut.

This research aims to examine the influence of perceived usefulness and ease of use on interest in using Go-Pay. The concept of perceived usefulness refers to the extent to which users believe that using Go-Pay will increase efficiency and comfort in transactions, while the concept of ease of use relates to how easy it is for users to use the Go-Pay application.
The research method used is a quantitative approach, data was collected through an online survey with the population of people in Sidoarjo City who have and have used Go-Pay. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 24 test tool.
The research results show that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on interest in using Go-Pay. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on interest in using Go-Pay. And perceived usefulness and ease of use together have a significant and simultaneous influence on interest in using Go-Pay. This shows that the more users experience the benefits and convenience of using GoPay, the higher their interest in continuing to use the
service.
