ANALISIS AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI DALAM PENGELOLAAN DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH (BOS) DI MTS DARUN NAJAH KAJEKSAN, TULANGAN, SIDOARJO

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi dalam Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). sudah sesuai atau belum dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan Ilmu Riset dan Teknologi RI No 2 Tahun 2022 tentang petunjuk teknis pengelolaan dana BOS.
Jenis penelitian adalah Deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik analisis pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan ditarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Akuntabilitas Dan Transaparansi dalam pengelolaan Dana BOS di MTs Darun Najah Kajeksan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengalokasian, penggunaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban Dana BOS sudah dibuat dan
dipublikasikan ke warga sekolah melalui papan infomasi, dan adanya keterlibatan Tim Manajemen BOS, Komite dan Guru Sekolah dalam pengelolaan Dana BOS. Fakta ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah MTs Darun Najah Kajeksan sudah menerapkan akuntabilitas dan transaparansi pengelolaan Dana BOS sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan Ilmu Riset dan Teknologi RI No. 2 Tahun 2022.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of accountability and transparency in the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS). is it in accordance or not with the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Science, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2022 concerning technical guidelines for managing BOS funds.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawn present data, and draw conclusions.
The results showed that the implementation of Accountability and Transparency in the management of BOS Funds at MTs Darun Najah Kajeksan was going well. Starting from planning, implementing, allocating, using, reporting and accountability for BOS funds, they have been prepared and published to school members through information boards, and the involvement of the BOS Management Team, Committees and School Teachers in managing BOS funds. This fact shows that the MTs Darun Najah Kajeksan school has implemented accountability and transparency in the management of BOS funds in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Science, Research and Technology of the
Republic of Indonesia No. 2 Year 2022.
