Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan siswa kelas II sekolah dasar yang masih belum menguasai materi perkalian bilangan satu sampai sepuluh. Apalagi pada kelas II sekolah dasar pada semester I sudah mendapatkan materi perkalian
sehingga banyak siswa yang belum menguasai materi perkalian. Adapun tujuan penelitan ini yaitu (1) Mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media counting box materi perkalian bilangan untuk siswa kelas II sekolah dasar. (2) Mengetahui kelayakan menggunaan media counting box pada kelas II di sekolah dasar materi perkalian bilangan. (3) Mengetahui respon guru dan siswa dengan menggunakan media counting box materi perkalian di kelas II sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengembangan media pembelajaran konkrit yang bisa dilihat maupun dipegang langsung oleh siswa dan meningkatkan minat siswa untuk belajar materi perkalian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran
matematika materi perkalian bilangan satu sampai sepuluh. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, angket validasi ahli materi, ahli media, angket respon guru dan respon siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan data kuantitatif diperoleh hasil validasi materi pada tahap I mendapat presentase 95% dan pada tahap II memperoleh presentase 95%, sedangkan validasi
ahli media pada tahap I memperoleh presentase 82,5% dan pada tahap II memperoleh presentase 90%. Hasil angket respon guru mendapatkan presentase 96,6% dan hasil angket respon siswa mendapatkan presentase 95%. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran counting box materi perkalian bilangan satu sampai sepuluh pada kelas II sekolah dasar layak untuk digunakan.

This research is motivated by the second grade elementary school students who still have not mastered the material multiplication of numbers one to ten. So many students had not mastered the multiplication material. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the process of developing counting box media for multiplication of numbers for grade II elementary school students. (2) Knowing the feasibility of using counting box media in grade II in elementary school for multiplication of numbers. (3) Knowing the responses of teachers and students by using the media counting box multiplication material in grade II elementary school. Therefore, it is necessary to develop concrete learning media that can be seen or held directly by students and increase students' interest in learning multiplication material. This research is a development research using the ADDIE research model. The object of this research is the mathematics learning media for the multiplication of numbers
one to ten. Data were collected through interviews, material expert and media expert validation questionnaires, and teacher response questionnaires and student responses. Tennis data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative data. Based on quantitative data, the results of material validation in stage I got a percentage of 95% and in stage II obtained a percentage of 95%, while media expert validation in stage I obtained a percentage of 82.5% and stage II got a percentage of 90%. the results of the teacher's response questionnaire get a percentage of 96.6% and the results of the student response questionnaire get a percentage of 95%. Thus, the counting box learning media for multiplication of numbers one to ten in grade II elementary school is feasible to use.
