Abstract

This research is motivated by the fourth grade elementary school students who still do not meet the energy source material. In the learning process, energy sources do not use learning media which causes students to not understand the energy source material. The purpose of this researcher is to develop Construct 2 learning video media based on energy source material for class IV Elementary School, to describe
the feasibility of Construct 2 learning video media based on Construct 2 class energy source material. IV Elementary school in terms of the aspect of assessing teacher responses and student responses. Therefore, it is necessary to develop
learning media to improve students' understanding of energy source material. This research is a study using the ADDIE model. Data were collected through a material expert validation questionnaire, media experts, and teacher responses. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative data. This development research resulted in Construct 2-based instructional video media. This research was validated by two validations, namely media expert validation and material expert validation. Media expert validation got 76% results which fall into the “Eligible”
category. And material expert validation got 83% results which were included in the "Very feasible" category. The teacher's response got 95% results including the "Very Eligible" category. Based on the results of the validation and questionnaire responses to the Construct 2-based learning video media that was developed, it was declared feasible to be used in learning.
