Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar pada siswa slow learner di kelas IV SDN Pepe Sedati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa slow learner di kelas IV SDN Pepe Sedati. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik triangulasi sumber yaitu siswa slow learner, guru kelas, guru GPK. Data dianalisis dengan
menggunakan teknis analisis data interactive model mencakup Langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa slow learner dilihat dari motivasi intrinsik. Motivasi intrinsik siswa slow learner ketertarikan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas, adanya Hasrat untuk mendalami materi, mengajukan pertanyaan kepada guru ketika mengalami kesulitan memahami materi, kesempatan siswa yang aktif kesempatan siswa untuk menyelesaikan tugas pekerjaannya.

This study aims to describe the learning motivation of slow learner students in the fourth grade of SDN Pepe Sedati. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects of this study were slow learner students in grade IV at SDN Pepe Sedati. The collection of methods in this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity
of the data was tested using the source triangulation technique, namely slow learner students, classroom teachers, and GPK teachers. The data were analyzed using interactive model data analysis techniques including steps of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study describe the learning motivation of slow learner students in terms of intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation of slow learner students is students' interest in
completing assignments, their desire to explore the material, asking questions to the teacher When having difficulty understanding the material, the opportunity for active students is the opportunity for students to complete their work assignments.
