PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN TALENTA MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KINERJA DAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI KASUS PADA UKM DI SIDOARJO)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil uji pengaruh knowledge sharing dan talenta manajemen terhadap kinerja dan keunggulan kompetitif sebagai variabel intervening pada UKM di Sidoarjo.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS3 untuk mengukur hasil dari knowledge sharing dan talenta manajemen terhadap kinerja dan keunggulan kompetitif sebagai variabel
intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 90 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja. Talenta manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Talenta manajemen berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui keunggulan kompetitif. Talenta manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui keunggulan kompetitif. Dan keunggulan kompetitif berpegaruh terhadap kinerja.

This study aims to determine the test results of the effect of knowledge sharing and management talent on performance and competitive advantage as intervening variables in
SMEs in Sidoarjo.
The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method using the SEM�PLS3 analysis tool to measure the results of knowledge sharing and talent management on
performance and competitive advantage as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on 90 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique.
The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of knowledge sharing on performance. Management talent has an effect on performance. Knowledge sharing has an effect on competitive advantage. Management talent has an effect on competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing affects performance through competitive advantage. Management talent affects performance through competitive advantage. And competitive
advantage affects performance.
