Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh learning organization terhadap kinerja mitra driver Gojek di Wilayah Sidoarjo. 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh culture organization terhadap kinerja mitra driver Gojek di Wilayah Sidoarjo. 3) mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh learning organization dan culture organization terhadap kinerja
mitra driver Gojek di Wilayah Sidoarjo.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi IBM 24 untuk mengukur hasil dari learning organization dan culture organization sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan
145 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive terhadap jumlah populasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya learning organization berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja mitra driver Gojek di Wilayah Sidoarjo, culture organization berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja mitra driver Gojek di
Wilayah Sidoarjo, serta learning organization dan culture organization berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja mitra driver Gojek di Wilayah Sidoarjo.

This study aims to 1) Knowing and analyze the effect of learning organization on the performance of driver gojek’s partner in Sidoarjo. 2) Knowing and analyze the effect of culture organization on the performance of driver gojek’s partner in Sidoarjo. 3) Knowing and analyze the effect of learning organization and culture organization on the performance of driver gojek’s partner in Sidoarjo
The research method used is a descriptive quantitative reaserch method, analytical technique used in this study using classical analysis test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test using SPSS analysis tool IBM version 24 to measure the results of the learning organization and culture organization as independent variables and performance as dependent variable. This study uses descriptive analysis with 145 respondents with sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques to the population.
The results of this study indicate that the learning organizations has a positive effect on the performance driver gojek’s partner in Sidoarjo, the culture organizations has a positive effect on the performance driver gojek’s partner in Sidoarjo, and the learning organization and culture organization has a positive effect on the performance driver gojek’s partner in Sidoarjo.
