Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil uji pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pondok Pesantren Manba’ul Hikam
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis Statiscial Program for Social Science (SPSS) 26 untuk mengukur hasil dari proses rekrutmen dan seleksi sebagai variabel independent kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu samping jenuh dengan 100 responden tenaga pendidik
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh proses rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Seleksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

This study aims to determine the results of the testfor the recruitment and selection process on employee performance at the Manba'ul Hikam Islamic Boarding School
The research method used is a quantitative method using the Statistical analysis tool Program for Social Science (SPSS) 26 to measure the results of the recruitment and selection process as an independent variable of employee performance as a dependent variable. This study used the sampling technique used, namely in addition to being saturated with 100 respondents of educators
The results of this study show that the influence of the recruitment process has a significant effect on employee performance. Selection has a significant effect on employee performance
