PENGARUH KESEHATAN KESELAMATAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT SREEYA SEWU INDONESIA TBK SIDOARJO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan, Kesehatan, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini digunakan alat analisis data berupa statistik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kausal yaitu hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Jadi ada variabel independen atau variabel yang mempengaruhi dan dependen atau dipengaruhi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang yang merupakan seluruh karyawan PT Sreeya Sewu Tbk Sidoarjo.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo. Sedangkan hasil variabel Kesehatan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo. Dan terakhir, variabel lingkungan berpengaruh negatif dan kurang signifikan terhadap Kinerja
karyawan di PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo.

This study aims to determine the effect of safety, health and work environment on employee performance at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used is quantitative. To test this hypothesis used data analysis tools in the form of statistics. The method in this study uses a causal research method, namely a causal relationship. So there are independent variables or variables that affect and dependent or influenced. The population in this study amounted to 30 people who were all employees of PT Sreeya Sewu Tbk Sidoarjo.
The results showed that the safety variable had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo. While the results of the Health variable also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo. And finally, environmental variables have a negative and less significant effect on employee performance at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo.
