Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil uji pengaruh psychological empowerment sebagai mediasi quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “Delta Surya Purnama”.
Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS 3.0 untuk mengukur hasil dari psychological empowerment sebagai variabel independen, kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel
dependen, dan quality of work life sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan 50 reponden dengan teknik pengambilan
sampel jenuh terhadap populasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh psikological empowerment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t-statistic 10,942 dan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,804. Psychological empowerment berpengaruh terhadap quality of work life dengan nilai t-statistic 9,396 dan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,854. Quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-statistic 30,347 dan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,930.

This study aims to determine the results of testing the effect of Psychological Empowerment as Mediation of Quality Of Work Life on Employee Performance at Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “Delta Surya Purnama”
The research method use is descriptive quantitative method using SEM-PLS 3.0 analyss tool to measure the results of Psychological Empowerment as an independent variable, employee performance as the dependent variable, and
quality of work life as an intervening variable. This study uses a descriptive analysis with 50 respondents with a saturated sampling technique of the population.
The result of this study indicate that there is a psychological empowerment has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-statistic of 10,942 and a
coefficient value of 0,804. Psychological empowerment has an effect on the quality of work life with a t-statistic value of 9,396 and a coefficient value of 0,854. Quality of work life on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 30,347 and a coefficient value of 0,930.
