Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh External Organization Environment Terhadap Kualitas Hasil Kerja Karyawan 2) Pengaruh Culture Perusahaan Terhadap Kualitas Hasil Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bumi Pandaan Plastik.
Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25 untuk mengukur hasil dari External Organization Environment dan Culture Perusahaan sebagai variabel independen dan Kualitas Hasil Kerja sebagai variabel dependen Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan 80 responden dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Teknik dan instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, wawancara tidak tersturktur, kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel External Organization Environment berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Hasil Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bumi Pandaan Plastik. Hasil variabel Culture Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Hasil Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bumi Pandaan Plastik.

This study aims to 1) determine the effect of the External Organization Environment on the Quality of Employee Work 2) The Effect of Corporate Culture on the Quality of Employee Work Results at PT. Plastic Pandaan Earth.
The method in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods using SPSS 25 analysis tools to measure the results of the External Organization Environment and Company Culture as independent variables and Quality of Work as the dependent variable. This study uses descriptive analysis with 80 respondents with non-probability sampling technique. type of purposive sampling. Techniques and instruments for data collection using observation, questionnaires, unstructured interviews, literature, and documentation
The results showed that the External Organization Environment variable had an effect on the Quality of Employee Work Results at PT. Bumi Pandaan Plastik. The results of the Corporate Culture variable affect the Quality of Employee Work Results at PT. Bumi Pandaan Plastik.
