Abstract
Tambak udang vaname Jaya Sakti ialah tambak yang terletak di Desa Kalimo’ok, Kecamatan Kalianget, Kabupaten Sumenep. Pada tambak udang vaname Jaya Sakti ini terdapat 10 petak tambak yang memiliki ukuran per petak 2.000 m2. Tambak ini berdiri sejak tahun 2010, yang dimiliki oleh Bapak Syafiudin dengan total luas lahan 53.300 m2.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi Udang Vaname di Tambak Udang Vaname Jaya Sakti menggunakan metode full costing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode full costing adalah sebesar Rp. 889.188.532. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang terdiri dari biaya bahan baku sebesar Rp. 460.067.419 Biaya tenaga kerja langsung sebesar Rp. 63.000.000. Kemudian, biaya overhead pabrik yang meliputi biaya bahan penolong, biaya tenaga kerja tidak lansung dengan alokasi bonus karyawan jadi totalnya sebesar Rp. 84.410.163. Serta ada biaya penyusutan peralatan yakni sebesar Rp. 11.820.000 sehingga total biaya overhead pabrik sebesar Rp . 66.121.11.

The Jaya Sakti vanammei shrimp pond is located in Kalimo'ok Village, Kalianget District, Sumenep. In Jaya Sakti vanammei shrimp pond, there are 10 ponds plots with a size of 2,000 m2 per plot. This pond has been established since 2010, owned by Mr. Syafiudin with a total land area of 53,300 m2.
This study aims to determine the calculation of the cost of production of Vaname Shrimp in the Jaya Sakti Vaname Shrimp Pond using the full costing method. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and
conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method is Rp. 889,188,532. These results are obtained from the calculation of the cost of production which consists of raw material costs of Rp. 460,067,419 Direct labor costs Rp. 63,000,000. Then, factory overhead costs which include the cost of auxiliary materials, indirect labor costs with the allocation of employee bonuses so the total is Rp. 84,410,163. And there is an equipment depreciation fee of Rp. 11,820,000 so that the total factory overhead costs Rp. 66.121.11.
