dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kausal yaitu hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Jadi ada variabel independen atau variabel yang mempengaruhi dan dependen atau dipengaruhi. Populasi dalam penelitan ini berjumlah 45 orang yang merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Tuga Permata Ekspress.
Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Tiga Permata Ekspress. Hasil variabel Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Tiga Permata Ekspress dan variabel Stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Tiga Permata Ekspress. Stress kerja dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang berkonstribusi untuk menurunkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tiga Permata Ekspress

This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational culture and work stress on employee performance at PT. Tiga Permata Ekspress. The analytical tool used is quantitative. To test the hypothesis
the use of analytical tools in the form of statistical data. The method in this study uses a causal research method, namely a causal relationship. So there are independent variables or variables that affect and depend or are influenced. The population in this study found 45 people who were all employees of PT. Express Gems Tuga.
The results of the study indicate that Employee Engagement has no effect on Employee Performance at PT. Three Gems Express. The results of organizational culture variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Tiga Permata Ekspress and work stress variables affect employee performance at PT. Three Gems Express. Job stress can be one of the factors that contribute to lowering the performance of employees at PT. Three Gems Express
