PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, LEVERAGE DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM (Studi Kasus Perusahaan LQ45 Tahun 2019 – 2021

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham (Studi Kasus Perusahaan LQ45 Tahun 2019 – 2021).
Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan program bantu SmartPLS 3 kemudian dilakukan uji keabsahan data berupa convergent validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliabity, inner model, outner model.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Leverage (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

This research aims to find out the effect of liquidity, leverage and company size on share prices ( LQ45 Company Case Study 2019 – 2021).
The analytical tool used is with the SmartPLS 3 assistive program then a data validity test is in the form of a convergent validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliabity, inner model, outner model.
The results of the analysis show that Liquidity (CR) has a significant effect on share prices. Leverage (DER) has no significant effect on share prices. The size of the company (SIZE) has no significant effect on share prices.
