IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) UNTUK MENENTUKAN TARIF BIAYA PERJALANAN PADA BISNIS TRAVEL

Boss Trans Tour & Travel seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan tarif biaya perjalanan. Tidak adanya laporan kegiatan bisnis pada Boss Trans Tour & Travel, menjadi salah satu kendala bagi Boss Trans Tour & Travel untuk menentukan tarif biaya perjalanan, dan terjadi potensi ketidaktepatan dalam penentuan tarif, dimana bisa terjadi
penawaran tarif yang berbeda untuk jasa layanan yang sama. Dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) khususnya modul Rental pada aplikasi Sistem ERP Berbasis Web “Odoo” untuk menentukan perhitungan tarif biaya perjalanan pada bisnis Boss Trans Tour & Travel secara otomatis, tepat,
dan dilengkapi dengan detail perincian komponen biaya sesuai layanan yang dibutuhkan atau dipesan oleh pelanggan. Dalam penerapannya, Odoo Website dapat memberikan rincian tarif
biaya perjalanan dalam bentuk bukti pemesanan atau invoice dimana tarif biaya tersebut meliputi beberapa komponen penentuan tarif biaya travel diantaranya biaya sewa transportasi, biaya bahan bakar, biaya E-Tol, Biaya perbaikan, serta biaya driver., mencatat jadwal pesanan
secara langsung ketika pesanan dimasukkan ke database, serta memberikan catatan keuangan bisnis. Penerapan sistem ERP Odoo basis Website di proses bisnis Boss Trans Tour and Travel dapat menurunkan jumlah waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menerima pesanan dibandingkan sistem lama yang masih menggunakan catatan manual, dari 175 menit menjadi 45 menit,
meningkatkan kecepatan layanan pemeriksaan dokumen reservasi sebesar 50%, dari sebelumnya dibutuhkan waktu rata-rata 30 menit, menjadi hanya 15 menit, dan secara keseluruhan meningkatkan kecepatan layanan mulai dari menerima pesanan sampai pengecekkan armada, dari sebelumnya dibutuhkan waktu 18,895 menit, menjadi 18,875 menit. Disamping itu penerapan ERP Odoo basis Website yang diterapkan juga dapat menghindari terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan order, pemeriksaan kelengkapan dokumen reservasi, dan berbagai kegiatan administrasi terkait lainnya, sehingga diharapkan secara keseluruhan akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dibandingkan sistem tata kelola lama yang masih menggunakan pencatatan secara manual.

In its application, the Odoo Website can provide details of travel cost rates in the form of proof of booking or invoices where the cost rates include several components of determining travel cost rates including transportation rental costs, fuel costs, E-Toll fees, repair costs, and driver fees, recording order schedules directly when orders are entered into the database, and providing business financial records. The implementation of the Website-based Odoo ERP system in the Boss Trans Tour and Travel business process can reduce the time needed to receive orders compared to the old system that still uses manual records, fromof 175 minutes to 45 minutes, increasing the speed of reservation document checking services by 50%, from previously it took of 30 minutes, to only 15 minutes, And overall increase the speed of service from receive orders to check fleet availability, from previously it took of 18,895 minutes to 18,875 minutes. In addition, the implementation
of ERP Odoo based on the Website that is implemented can also avoid errors in recording orders, checking the completeness of reservation documents, and various other related administrative activities, so it is expected that overall, it will increase customer satisfaction compared to the old governance system that still uses manual recording.
