IDENTIFIKASI KECELAKAAN KERJA DI PT. XYZ YANG ADA DI SIDOARJO DENGAN METODE JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (JSA)

Semakin berkembang pesatnya teknologi di Indonesia mempengaruhi berbagai kehidupan salah satunya dalam sektor industri. Adanya kemajuan teknologi tersebut dalam sektor industri tentunya ada dampak positif dan negatif terhadap
masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu dampak negatif dalam sektor industri, yaitu adanya kecelakaan kerja. Sehingga dapat mengakibatkan orang mengalami cidera bahkan meninggal dunia. Hal ini dikarenakan masih rendahnya budaya K3 di dunia
industri. Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja merupakan hal yang penting bagi perusahaan, karena dampak pada kecelakaan kerja merugikan karyawan dan juga perusahaan. PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industry hot rolled coil yang terletak di daerah Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal PT XYZ menerapkan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) akan tetapi sumber daya manusia masih belum memahami Standart Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab dan menyusun upaya perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk menurunkan risiko kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui, yaitu pada tahun 2022 terjadi 28 kasus kecelakaan kerja yang mengakibatkan 18 kecelakaan, sedangkan pada tahun 2023 terjadi 25 kasus kecelakaan kerja yang mengakibatkan 15 kecelakaan. Pada tahun 2022 terjadi kehilangan 26 hari kerja untuk 1.000.000 jam kerja/orang. Sedangkan, pada tahun 2022 terjadi kehilangan 26 hari kerja untuk 1.000.000 jam kerja/orang. Pada tahun 2022 terjadi indikator kecelakaan sebesar 0,47. Sedangkan, pada tahun 2023 terjadi indikator kecelakaan sebesar 0,38.Rekomendasi pencegahan kecelakaan
kerja pada PT XYZ sebagai berikut: Membaca Safety Board, mengikuti brifing sebelum bekerja, menjalankan pekerjaan sesuai job, penggunaan sepatu safety dan helm keselamatan kerja.

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia affects various lives, one of which is in the industrial sector. The existence of these technological advances in the industrial sector certainly has a positive and negative impact on Indonesian society. One of the negative impacts in the industrial sector is work accidents. So that it can cause people to experience injuries and even die. This is because there is still a low K3 culture in the industrial world. Occupational Health and Safety is important for companies, because the impact on work accidents harms employees and also the company. PT XYZ is a company engaged in the hot rolled coil industry located in the Sidoarjo area. Based on the results of initial observations, PT XYZ implements Occupational Health and Safety (K3), but human resources
still do not understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The purpose of this study is to identify the causal factors and compile improvement efforts that can be done by the company to reduce the risk of work accidents. This study used the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study can be known, namely in 2022 there were 28 cases of work accidents resulting in 18 accidents, while in 2023 there were 25 cases of work accidents resulting in 15 accidents. In 2022 there was a loss of 26 working days for 1,000,000 hours worked/person.
