Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan wawancara dengan Guru kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sidoklumpuk Sidoarjo, Pada Tanggal 06 Januari 2023 ditemukan suatu masalah yaitu terdapat beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam pelajaran
matematika materi satuan waktu. Siswa kurang memahami konsep waktu, dan siswa kurang memahami cara menghitung satuan waktu, dikarenakan saat pembelajaran guru hanya menggunakan media yang ada yaitu jam dinding, jam dinding di kelas masih
tertutup kaca, sehingga Siswa tidak bisa memutar jarum jam, siswa merasa jenuh karena seperti pembelajaran ceramah biasanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendiskripsikan proses pengembangan Papan Waktu (2) mengetahui keefektifan
media Papan Waktu. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media Papan Waktu ini memperoleh hasil yang sangat baik, yang di ujikan melalui hasil uji validasi media presentase 87% dengan kategori “layak” dan hasil validasi Materi media pada validator ahli materi memperoleh skor sebanyak 88 % dengan kategori “Layak”. Media Papan Waktu ini juga memperoleh respon yang baik oleh pengguna yang dilihat dari angket
respon siswa yang menunjukkan presentase 92% dan angket respon guru dengan hasil 100%. Selain itu, Kesimpulan penelitian pengembangan media Papan Waktu yaitu media Papan Waktu ini sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

The background of this research is based on interviews with Class II teachers at Sidoklumpuk State Elementary School, Sidoarjo. On January 6, 2023, a problem was found, namely that there were several students experiencing difficulties in mathematics subject matter per unit of time. Students do not understand the concept of time, and students do not understand how to calculate units of time, because when learning, the teacher only uses existing media, namely wall clocks. Wall clocks in class are still covered with glass, so students cannot turn the clock hands. Students feel bored because it is like learning usual talk. This study aims to (1) describe the development process of the time board and (2) determine the effectiveness of the time board media. The results of this time-board media development research obtained very good results, which were tested through the results of the media validation test with a percentage of 87% in the "appropriate" category and the results of the media material validation on the material expert validator with a score of 88% in the "Decent" category. This time, board media also received a good response from users, as seen from the student response questionnaire, which showed a percentage of 92%, and the teacher response questionnaire, which had 100% results. In addition, the conclusion of research on the development of time-board media is that this time-board media is very suitable for use as a learning medium.
