Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru dan siwa terhadap projek pengutan profil pelajar pancasila dalam kurikulm merdeka kelas IV SD Negeri Bluru kidul 2 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini ada 1 orang kepala sekolah, 1 orang guru kelas IV, 31 siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduction, data display, dan verification. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan tentang pentingnya sumber daya manusia yang ada di tingkat satuan pendidikan, sehingga implementasi program pada kurikulum dapat dilakukan secara baik sesuai dengan harapan. Selain itu persepsi guru dan siswa memiliki beberapa indikator dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar antara lain pemahaman konsep, kesiapan dan hasil pelaksanaan. Ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi hambatannya yaitu, yang pertama mutu sumber daya manusia guru, kedua
fasilitas dan keadaan siswa pada satuan pendidikan tersbut.

This study aims to describe the perceptions of teachers and students towards the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in the independent curriculum for class IV SD Negeri Bluru Kidul 2 Sidoarjo. This research is afield research (field research) with a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data from this study were 1 school
principal, 1 grade IV teacher, 31 grade IV students. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of the study found that the results of the research also explained the importance of
existing human resources at the education unit level, so that the implementation of programs in the curriculum could be carried out properly according to expectations. In addition, the perceptions of teachers and students have several indicators in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, including conceptual understanding, readiness and results of implementation. There are several factors that become obstacles, namely, the first is the quality of the teacher's human resources, the second is the facilities and the condition of students in the education unit.
