Abstract
Tujuan peneliti adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh media mind mapping terhadap penguasaan konsep peserta didik kelas V SDN Semambung 2 Gedangan Sidoarjo. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dan bentuk penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semua. Berdasarkan analisis data validasi dari para ahli validasi materi adalah 80% layak untuk digunakan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas, menunjukan nilai cronbach’s Alpha 0,620. Artinya nilai Alpha < 0,60 menunjukan bahwa pada soal pretest dan posttest memiliki tingkat reliabilitas yang tinggi. Berdasarkan gambar 4.2 tentang uji t (paired sample t test) diatas, menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001<0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya hipotesis menyatakan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil pemahaman konsep antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media mind mapping.

The purpose of the researcher was to analyze how much influence the mind mapping media had on the mastery of the concepts of fifth grade students at SDN Semambung 2 Gedangan Sidoarjo. This researcher uses the experimental method, and all forms of research use experiments. Based on the analysis of validation data from material validation experts, it is 80% feasible to use. The results of the calculation of the reliability coefficient show the Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.620. This means that the Alpha value <0.60 indicates that the pretest and posttest questions have a high level of reliability. Based on Figure4.2 about the t test (paired
sample t test) above, it shows that the significance value is 0.001 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the hypothesis states that there are differences in the results of understanding the concept between before and after being given mind mapping media.
