Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendskripsikan pengaruh dari model Problem Based Learning terhadap keterampilan pemecahan masalah Pelajaran IPA materi sifat–sifat bunyi dan indera pendengar kelas 4 SDN Jambangan Candi. Untuk dapat mencapai tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan penelitian One Group pretest postest design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi dan tes, tesnya hanya meliputi postest. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi guru dan peserta didik, dan soal tes. Observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dianalisis dalam bentuk persentase pada setiap aspek indikator yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan data hasil nilai postest keterampilan pemecahan masalah dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Observasi peserta didik dan guru dilaksanakan pada pembelajaran sebanyak tiga kali, pada pertemuan 1 untuk lembar observasi peserta didik memiliki rata-rata sebesar 87%, dan untuk pertemuan 2 dan 3 masing-masing mendapatkan nilai rata- rata sebesar 88%. Hal ini menunjukkan penggunaan model Problem Based Leaning terlaksana dengan sangat baik pada uji t diperoleh hasil thitung = 30,42 dan ttabel = 2,07 sehingga thitung > ttabel. Nilai signifikansi pada uji t diperoleh 0,000 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ha diterima. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh sebesar 0,63 dimana dikategorikan sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model Problem Based Leaning terhadap keterampilan pemecahan masalah.

This study aims to describe the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on problem solving skills in Natural Sciences subject matter of the properties of sound and the senses of listeners in grade 4 SDN Jambangan Candi. To be able to
achieve the objectives of this research was carried out using the One Group pretest posttest research design. Data collection was carried out using observation and test techniques, the test only included the posttest. The instruments used were teacher and student observation sheets, and test questions. Observations of the implementation of learning are analyzed in the form of percentages on each aspect of the indicators that have been determined. While the data on the results of the posttest problem solving skills were analyzed using the t test. Observations of students and teachers were carried out in learning three times, at meeting 1 for student observation sheets it had an average of 87%, and for meetings 2 and 3 each got an average value of 88%. This shows that the use of the Problem Based Leaning model was carried out very well on the t test, the results obtained were tcount = 30.42 and ttable = 2.07 so that tcount > ttable. The significance value in the t test is 0.000 which is less than 0.05, then Ha is accepted. Overall obtained by 0.63 which is categorized as medium. This shows that there is a significant effect of using the Problem Based Leaning model on problem solving skills.
