Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini dilatar belakangi oleh peserta didik kurang fokus saat mengikuti pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung dan guru mengalami kesulitan saat mengajar dikarenakan kurangnya kreativitas dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Powerpoint Interaktif pada tema 1 Subtema 1 (Ciri-ciri Makhluk Hidup) Pembelajaran 1 kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang dilakukan melalui 5 tahapan yaitu Analyze, Design, Develoment, Implementation, Evaluation. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ini, peneliti mendapatkan penilaian kelayakan oleh validator ahli materi memperoleh presentase 78% yang termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Sedangkan hasil penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media memperoleh presentase 93,3% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Hasil kepaktrisan dari hasil angket respon guru yang memperoleh 92% yang termasuk kedalam kategori “sangat praktis” Untuk angket respon peserta didik mendapatkan 90% dinyatakan “sangat praktis”. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran CIMAHI pada mata pelajaran bahasa indonesiadinyatakan “layak” digunakan dalam pembelajaran ciri-ciri makhluk hidup.

The background of this development research is that students are less focused when participating in ongoing learning and teachers experience difficulties when teaching due to a lack of creativity in developing learning media. This development research aims to develop learning media based on Interactive
Powerpoint on theme 1 Sub-theme 1 (Characteristics of Living Things) Learning 1 class III Elementary School. The type of research used is development research using the ADDIE model which is carried out through 5 stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. For data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this development research, the researcher obtained a feasibility assessment by the material expert validator obtaining a percentage of 78% which is included in the "very feasible" category. While the results of the feasibility assessment by media experts obtained a percentage of 93.3% which was included in the "very feasible" category. The practical results of the teacher's response questionnaire obtained 92% which were included in the "very practical" category. For the student
response questionnaire, 90% was declared "very practical". Data collection techniques using quantitative data and qualitative data. So it can be concluded that CIMAHI learning media in Indonesian subjects is declared "appropriate" for use in learning the characteristics of living things.
