PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) UNTUK MELATIHKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS II SD NEGERI KETAJEN 2 SIDOARJO

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik di kelas II SDN Ketajen 2 Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre eksperimen dengan tipe one group pre-test post-test design. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas II dengan jumlah 29 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi dan lembar tes. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil normalitas
memperoleh nilaip = 0,226 ≥ 0,05 pada kelas eksperimen dan nilai p = 0,259 ≥ 0,05 pada kelas eksperimen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai posttest peserta didik dari kelas eksperimen pada pembelajaran PBL untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik berdistribusi normal. T-Test dalam penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Maka sesuai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji Paired Sampel T-test, dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model PBL untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik kelas II SDN Ketajen 2 Sidoarjo.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model to train critical thinking skills in students in class II at SDN Ketajen 2 Sidoarjo. This type of research was pre-experimental research with a one group pre-test post-test design. The subjects in this study were class II students with a total of 29 students. Data collection techniques used are observation and test sheets. Based on the results of processing and analysis of the data collected in this study,
namely the normality results obtained a value of p = 0.226 ≥ 0.05 in the experimental class and a value of p = 0.259 ≥ 0.05 in the experimental class. This shows that the posttest scores of students from the experimental class in PBL learning to train students' critical thinking skills are normally distributed. Then the results, the Independent Sample T-Test test in this study obtained the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Then according to the basis of decision making in the Paired Sample T test, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant effect of using the PBL model to train critical thinking skills in class II students at SDN Ketajen 2 Sidoarjo.
